About Us:

Homer Senior Citizens, was incorporated in November, 1973 as a non-profit organization to provide services for senior citizens. For the past 37 years HSC has been a leader in providing programs for senior citizens in the Homer area.

Funded through donations, membership dues, Kenai Peninsula Borough, United Way, and State of Alaska grants, we provide services to enhance the seniors in our community.

Hours of Operation

Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.

Meals are served between 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.

Suggested donations for meals: $5.00 for seniors 60+ ($9.00 charge for guests under 60)

Transportation Program

This program is funded soley by Homer Senior Citizens, Inc. and fees for service. If you need a ride and you are 55 years or older call our office at (907) 235-7655 and make your reservation (24 hour advance notice is required.)
