Pioneer Vistas Senior Housing

   Pioneer Vistas Senior Housing is an 8 unit independent living apartment complex located adjacent to the Homer Senior Center.

Apartments

   One and Two bedroom apartments are available for rental. Each apartment is located in a eight unit, two story building. Apartments are unfurnished except for refrigerator, stove, washer and dryer. The building is handicap accessible and has an elevator.

Services

   Maintenance, Janitorial service in common areas, snow plowing and sanding are provided.

Utilities

   Water, sewer and heat, cable TV, common area lights and garbage service are included in the rental fee. Each resident pays for electrical and telephone.

The construction of Pioneer Vistas was partially funded from a grant and a loan from
the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation.
