Bartlett Terrace Senior Housing is a nine-unit (9) independent living apartment complex to be competed in May 2008. The facility is located at 4048 Bartlett Street in Homer, Alaska and is designed for individuals who are 55 years and older.

Apartments

  One and two bedroom apartments will be available for rental. Apartments are unfurnished except for refrigerator, stove, washer and dryer. Each unit has an attached heated garage. Two bedroom units have one and one-half bath. The full bath has a shower only. All units are handicap accessible and on unit is handicap equipped.

Services

  Maintenance and snow plowing and sanding of the drive area will be provided.

Utilities

  Water, sewer, heat, cable or dish TV and garbage service will be provided. Residents are responsible for the electricity and telephone in the units.

Rental Rates

One bedroom $750 per month
Two bedroom $850 per month
