Kachemak Bay Senior Housing Kachemak Bay Senior Housing is a 24 unit independent living apartment complex located across the street from the Homer Senior Center, Friendship Center (Adult Day Services) and Friendship Terrace (Assisted Living Residences). Apartments One and Two bedroom apartments are available for rental. Each apartment is located in a six unit, two story complex. Apartments are unfurnished except for refrigerator, stove, washer and dryer. Services Each unit has a covered carport, storage area and maintenance services. Janitorial services snow plowing and sanding are provided in common areas. Utilities Water and sewer, cable TV, common area lights, snow removal and garbage service are included in the rental fee. Don't forget to go fishing in the Fishing Hole on the spit, in Homer Alaska throughout the summer for King Salmon and Silver Salmon.
